Cook: Asparagus
Drain and chill. Cover the tips with:
Mayonnaise or Boiled Salad
Dressing

Salads
Thin the dressing with a little: Cultured sour cream
Add:
(Chopped tarragon)
If that is not available, add: (Chopped parsley or chives)
or serve asparagus salad with: Vinaigrette Dressing
