Hook: D (3.25 mm) OR SIZE NEEDED TO OBTAIN GAUGE

Gauge:
20 st x 12 rows = 4' (10 cm)

Pattern:
double crochet (dc)

Single Crochet Rib
Row 1: double crochet
Row 2: 1 dc/rf (around front), 1 dc/rb (around back)
Repeat row 2.

Directions:

Crochet chain 10, connect into circle.
Row 1: 12 dc
Row 2: 24 dc
Rows 3-10: dc, add 7 sts evenly. There should be 80 sts in the 10th row.
Rows 11-24: all dc
Rows 25-26: Single Crochet rib. Tie off.

Chain 43.
Row 1 dark brown: Crochet 43 ch 6 arcs according to the drawing.
Rows 2-9: crochet the same amount of arcs as in the 1st row. Rows 1-3 - dark brown.
Rows 4-6: brown
Rows: 7-9: light brown.

Finishing
Sew on the ruffle on the side of the hat
