Hot Lobster, Crab or Tuna Canapes

Combine: ½ lb. cooked lobster, crab or tuna meat

½ lb. Sauteed Mushrooms
 1 cup rich Cream Sauce I
 1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
¼ teaspoon curry powder or
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons dry white wine
Salt and pepper

Heap the mixture on rounds of:
Toast which may be spread with:
Anchovy paste
Sprinkle the tops with:
Au Gratin
Heat the canapes under a broiler until slightly brown. Serve at once.
