Hard-Cooked Egg Spreads

I. Combine and mix to a paste with a fork:
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 tablespoon or more thick cultured sour cream
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped chives
(1 teaspoon lemon juice)
Garnish the canape with a row of:
(Sliced stuffed olives)

II. Combine:
4 chopped hard-cooked eggs
1cup chopped pecan meats
2dozen chopped stuffed olives
Well-seasoned mayonnaise

3. Shell, then chop:
Hard-cooked eggs
Combine them with:
Minced anchovies
Minced celery
Moisten these ingredients with:
Mayonnaise

IV. Marinate for 30 minutes:
Shrimp or crab meat in:
French dressing or lemon juice
Drain and combine, by making into a paste with:
Mayonnaise
A dash Worcestershire sauce
Hard-cooked eggs

V. Combine:
Finely chopped hard-cooked eggs
A liver pate
