Blender Mushroom Butter

Saute until golden brown:
½ lb. sliced mushrooms in:

¼ cup butter
Put the mushrooms and butter into an electric blender and add:

½ cup soft butter
¼ teaspoon black pepper

¼ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons dry sherry or brandy
Blend until smooth.
