No Fui Tofui

In a bowl, mix the brown rice and corn.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and mix into the rice mixture along with the egg yolk.

Serve. Yield: 2 meals; 300 calories per meal.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup cooked corn
2 ounces tofu (raw or lightly sautйed in butter or tamari)
1 egg yolk
